Stage design & scenic
Set design, LED wall spec, lectern position, furniture, softgoods, brand environment. Designed for camera first.
Presenter management & rehearsal
Green room, show caller briefing, confidence monitor setup. Cue-to-cue walkthrough and full dress.
Audio, lighting & display
FOH mix, IEM configuration, wireless frequency coordination, LED processor tuning, lighting design and programming.
Live show call & wrap
Single show caller on comms, every department headsetted. Contingency plans assigned in advance.
