Open Roles
Both roles are on site in the Bay Area. We are not hiring remote crew or reviewing relocation applications for them.
Hands on the gear. We are expanding our network of Production Technicians for upcoming productions.
On productions you'll
- Support setup, operation, and strike across live and video productions
- Work across video capture, streaming, audio, lighting, and power, often on the same day
- Rig and run cable, set cameras and lights, and test signal before rehearsal
- Work alongside Technical Producers and Operators to execute the run of show
- Adapt to different environments, formats, and requirements as the job demands
What we're looking for
- You live in the Bay Area now and can get to venues across the region for early crew calls
- Hands on in two or more of: camera, audio, lighting, video capture, streaming, playback, rigging, power
- Reliable and detail oriented in live environments
- Communicates clearly and escalates early, no surprises on the day
- Building across disciplines, not settling into one lane
On experience
- Capability and work ethic matter more than years
- Students, recent graduates, and self taught technicians encouraged to apply
- No remote work and no relocation

Paid entry level crew work on real shows. You keep the day running so the technical team can stay on the gear.
On productions you'll
- Run the greenroom and look after speakers and executives through rehearsal and show
- Keep the schedule moving, chase people to their calls, and flag slippage early
- Manage the room: seating, signage, catering timing, access and check in
- Handle shipping, receiving, gear movement, and load in and strike labor
- Keep production paperwork current: contact lists, schedule changes, run of show updates
- Take notes in rehearsal and make sure changes reach the right person
What we're looking for
- You live in the Bay Area now and can get to San Francisco, Peninsula, and North Bay venues for early crew calls
- Organized under pressure, unflappable around senior people, discreet about what you overhear
- Clear and brief on radio and in writing
- Comfortable with early calls, long days, and late strikes
Not this role
- This is not a technical position. If your interest is cameras and switchers, apply for Production Technician instead
- Acting, narrative film, and general creative portfolios do not show the work we hire for
- No remote work and no relocation
