WORLDWIDEWOMEN GIRLS’ FESTIVAL
Girls'
Festival
WorldWideWomen Girls' Festival was a large-scale community event produced in partnership with Comcast NBCUniversal at Fort Mason in San Francisco. The festival brought together thousands of girls, families, and educators across live stages, breakout sessions, workshops, and a STEAM expo for a full-day celebration of empowerment, creativity, and possibility.
Barry Watts led a team of producers and a full production crew across two editions of the festival, overseeing the broadcast channel, original magazine-format programming, and a short documentary produced for the CHN channel. Content spanned current affairs, positive news segments, speaker coverage, and community storytelling, delivered to a global audience as an Event Partner through NBCUniversal.
